McLaughlin & Harvey obtained Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody Certification in September 2008. As one of the first main building contractors in the UK to achieve this, McLaughlin & Harvey is furthering its commitment to sustainable purchasing and is now able to pass on its construction and joinery projects with the FSC certification.

Using FSC timber ensures that wood purchased is harvested legally from forests managed in an environmentally responsible manner.
