McLaughlin & Harvey works with an approved supply chain database of subcontractors and suppliers. New subcontractors and suppliers are asked to complete a Request To Quote Form.
The Request To Quote Form is reviewed, and once approved the subcontractor or supplier is added to the database. All subcontractors are required to sign a Health and Safety Commitment Statement prior to commencing work on site. Subcontractors' performance is reviewed at the end of the project.
McLaughlin & Harvey operates a Fair Payment Policy in respect of all it's dealings with Subcontractors and suppliers. We are the first private company in Northern Ireland to become an approved signatory of the Prompt Payment Code sponsored by the Department for Business Innovation and Skills, and the Institute of Credit Management.
